style="font-size:16px;">HARDLOCK – This Is Our Strength
-
No Base Required
-
Reusable Without Performance Deterioration
-
Installable with Only One Wrench
The HL and HLB series of anti-loosening lock nuts are highly acclaimed by all customers. With their reliable anti-vibration performance, they have earned an excellent reputation not only in China's high-speed EMUs and Japan's Shinkansen but also worldwide.
This series of products is manufactured based on the wedge action principle.
The performance of each product far exceeds the requirements of the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) vibration and impact tests – NAS3350 and NAS3354.
Tests mentioned above have proven that every product possesses excellent locking force, capable of withstanding any type of impact and maintaining a stable locked state.
The range of "reliable" applications for HARDLOCK products is unrestricted. They can be used in railways, highways, bridges, skyscrapers, steel towers, industrial machinery, special-purpose vehicles, ships, wind power generation, robots, and more.
HARDLOCK products feature "reliable" and excellent anti-loosening performance. They are easy to install and reusable (dozens of times). Due to minimal maintenance and inspection requirements, they have low operating costs, thus meeting the needs of all customers.
Furthermore, they have demonstrated outstanding performance in the JUNKER (German) right-angle shaft screw loosening test.
As anti-loosening nuts, the high-strength lock nuts used in projects such as railways, highways, bridges, and steel towers must withstand various types of vibration and impact.
Data from the NAS (U.S.) and JUNKER (German) right-angle shaft screw loosening tests proves that these high-strength lock nuts can maintain a stable locked state against any impact. When compared with data from other general-purpose nuts, the superiority of HARDLOCK high-strength lock nuts is clearly evident.
-
Excellent anti-loosening effect, semi-permanent (basically no changes caused by environmental factors over the years).
-
Can fully lock the middle position of the male thread. (Position adjustment can be easily done with just one wrench.)
-
Reusable. (Made entirely of metal, with minimal wear parts.)
-
Simple and excellent workability. (Far superior to ordinary double nuts.)
-
Offers economic advantages. (Significant advantages in overall cost.)
screw the concave nut onto the bolt until its concentric conical recess touches the eccentric conical protrusion of the convex nut. The convex nut can be fixed by a base or secured with a wrench (no base required). A locking torque is formed between the two nuts.
Through the protrusion of the convex nut's eccentric cone, not only vertical locking force (along the thread, top and bottom) and installation torque are generated, but also horizontal locking force is formed by the eccentric conical protrusion. The convex nut is pulled into the bolt's thread in one direction, while the concave nut is pulled in the opposite direction. These three types of locking forces ensure the stability of HARDLOCK nuts.
Even after repeated use, the locking performance of HARDLOCK nuts will not deteriorate, and excessive wear to the nut or bolt threads will not occur due to repeated disassembly and assembly
